دوره تکنیکهای کارگاهی بتن – پایه ۱ (Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade I) یکی از دورههای تخصصی و کاربردی انجمن بین المللی بتن آمریکا(ACI)-شاخه ایران در حوزه آموزش بتن و آزمایشگاه بتن است که در مرکز تحقیقات بتن (متب) به صورت تئوری و عملی به مدت 24 ساعت در طی 3 روز برگزار میشود.

دوره تکنیکهای کارگاهی بتن – پایه ۱ (Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade I) یکی از دورههای تخصصی و کاربردی انجمن بین المللی بتن آمریکا(ACI)-شاخه ایران در حوزه آموزش بتن و آزمایشگاه بتن است که در مرکز تحقیقات بتن (متب) به صورت تئوری و عملی برگزار میشود. این دوره با هدف تربیت تکنسینهای بتن (فن ورز بتن) در زمینه آزمایشات بتن تازه در کارگاه و واحدهای تولیدی بتن آماده طراحی شده و مطابق با استانداردهای بینالمللی ASTM ارائه میشود.
در این دوره آموزشی، شرکتکنندگان با اصول صحیح نمونهبرداری، انجام آزمایشات بتن تازه، کنترل کیفیت بتن در محل پروژه و تفسیر نتایج آشنا شده و مهارتهای عملی لازم را بهصورت کامل فرا میگیرند.
ساختار و فهرست دوره:
این دوره به مدت 24 ساعت و در طی ۳ روز برگزار میشود:
روز اول دوره – آموزش تئوری (۸ ساعت)
- آشنایی با مفاهیم پایه تکنولوژی بتن و پارادایم جدید بتن
- آموزش آزمایش های بتن تازه طبق استانداردهای ASTM شامل:
نمونه برداری بتن تازه ASTM C172
آزمایش تعیین روانی اسلامپ ASTM C143
آزمایش تعیین وزن مخصوص بتن تازه، راندمان و درصد هوای بتن ASTM C143
آزمایش تعیین درصد حباب هوای بتن تازه (روش فشاری) ASTM C231
آزمایش تعیین درصد حباب هوای بتن تازه (حجمی) ASTM C173
ساخت و عمل آوری بتن تازه ASTM C31
آزمایش تعیین دمای بتن تازه ASTM C1064 - اصول کنترل کیفیت بتن تازه در کارگاه

روز دوم دوره – آموزش عملی (۸ ساعت)
در این بخش، ابتدا مدرس دوره تمامی آزمایش های بتن تازه را طبق استاندارد و تدریس جلسه اول به شرکت کنندگان آموزش می دهد و پس از آن هر شرکتکننده بهصورت انفرادی تمامی آزمایشات بتن تازه را با حضور مدرسین و کمک مدرسین بصورت عملی انجام میدهد. آزمایش های عملی روز دوم شامل موارد زیر می باشد:
- انجام آزمایش روانی اسلامپ بتن
- اندازهگیری دمای بتن تازه
- تعیین وزن مخصوص و چگالی بتن تازه
- اندازهگیری درصد حباب هوای بتن تازه (به روش فشاری)
- اندازهگیری درصد حباب هوای بتن تازه (به روش حجمی)
- نمونهبرداری صحیح از بتن تازه
- قالبگیری نمونههای استوانهای بتن تازه
- اصول ساخت و عملآوری نمونههای بتنی
روز سوم دوره – آزمون تئوری و عملی (۸ ساعت)
- آزمون تئوری (کتبی)
- آزمون عملی (اجرای تمامی آزمایش ها بتن تازه طبق استاندارد ASTM)
گواهینامه های دوره:
در پایان دوره، به شرکتکنندگانی که در آزمون تئوری و عملی موفق شوند، سه عدد گواهینامه معتبر شامل 1. گواهینامه سازمان ملی استاندارد 2. گواهینامه انجمن بین المللی بتن (ACI)-شاخه ایران به زبان انگلیسی و 3. گواهینامه مرکز تحقیقات بتن (متب) مورد تایید وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری اعطا میشود.

- آزمایش وزن مخصوص بتن تازه ASTM C138 Density (Unit Weight), Yield, & Air Content (Gravimetric) of Concrete
- آزمایش درصد هوای بتن – روش فشاری ASTM C231 Air Content of Freshly Mixed Concrete by Pressure Method
- آزمایش درصد هوای بتن – روش حجمی ASTM C173 Air Content of Freshly Mixed Concrete by Volumetric Method
- ساخت، عملآوری و نگهداری نمونههای بتن در کارگاه ASTM C31 Making and Curing Concrete Test Specimens in the Field

Certification Program Description
ACI CONCRETE FIELD TESTING TECHNICIAN GRADE I (3-days) 24 hrs.
The ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I course will benefit all personnel involved in concrete & testing fresh concrete. ASTM C31, C94, INSO 6044 and ACI 301 all require that technicians making and curing concrete test specimens for acceptance be certified Concrete Field Testing Technicians. A working knowledge of the following ASTM Standards is required for this certification program: ASTM C-172 Sampling Freshly Mixed Concrete; ASTM C-143 Slump of Hydraulic Cement Concrete; ASTM C-138 Density (Unit Weight), Yield, & Air Content (Gravimetric) of Concrete; ASTM C-231 Air Content of Freshly Mixed Concrete by Pressure Method; ASTM C-173 Air Content of Freshly Mixed Concrete by Volumetric Method; ASTM C-31 Making and Curing Concrete Test Specimens in the Field; ASTM C-1064 Temperature of Freshly Mixed Portland Cement Concrete.
Day 1: (Virtual Review Session)
The First day of the virtual review session will be taught by Professor Mostapha Ahmadvand (ACI Fellowship), Secretary of the ACI Iran Chapter, Founder & Faculty of civil engineering of Concrete Research & Education Center (ConREC), President and Faculty Member of Aria University of Sciences & Sustainability. The Topics for this class are Concrete Chemistry, Concrete Admixtures, ACI 212, ASTM C94, INSO 6044, ASTM C172, ASTM C143, ASTM C138, ASTM C231, ASTM C173, ASTM C31 and ASTM C1064.
Day 2: (Practice Sessions)
Each participant will practice all seven Fresh Concrete tests individually & In Person.
All certification Practice sessions will be separated into groups to comply with social distancing requirements. all participants must wear a mask (face covering nose and mouth) upon arrival and keep it on throughout the day until they depart.
Day 3: (Exam Sessions)
All certification exam sessions will be staggered in groups to comply with social distancing requirements. Safety is our number one priority, so we will be adhering to social distancing rules the entire day. A questionnaire form will be required by each examinees including a temperature check prior to the exam. Also, all examinees must wear a mask (face covering nose and mouth) upon arrival and keep it on throughout the exam until they depart. You will be notified which group you are in prior to the exam day.
Luke M. Snell
Luke M. Snell is a Concrete Consultant Concrete and an Emeritus Professor of Construction from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
He has done extensive consulting work on construction and concrete problems throughout the U.S. and internationally. He has also written over 400 articles on concrete, construction materials, and construction education. He has been instrumental in starting concrete certification programs in China, India, Taiwan, Mongolia and Saudi Arabia.

He is the past chair of several ACI committees including the ACI 120 History of Concrete, the Educational Activities Committee and the Chapter Activities Committee.
Snell is an ACI Fellow and has received numerous awards and was named one of the Ten Most Influential People of the Year in the Concrete Industry by Concrete Construction and Concrete Producer magazines (2007), Construction Laureate of Mongolia (2007), the Henry L Kennedy Award from ACI (2008), a Honorary Doctorate from Aria University of Sciences and Sustainability (2011) and the ACI Certification Award (2015).
This program requires demonstration of the knowledge and hands-on skills covered on the Job Task Analysis (JTA):
JTA for ACI Certification of Concrete Field Testing Technician—Grade I
The JTA is a detailed list of specific points of knowledge and skills that may be included in the examinations for this ACI Certification program. ACI urges candidates to use the JTA to prepare for the certification exams.
Certification Requirements:
ACI will grant certification only to those applicants who meet both of the following requirements:
A passing grade on the ACI written examination; AND
Successful completion of the ACI performance examination.
The one-hour written examination is closed-book and consists of 55 multiple-choice questions. There are between five and ten questions on each of the ASTM test methods and practices. To pass the written examination, BOTH of the following conditions must be met:
At least 60% correct for each of the required test methods and practices; AND
A minimum score of 70% overall.
The performance examination is also “closed book” and requires actual demonstration of six of the required test methods and practices plus a verbal description of Practice C172/C172M (sampling). The examinee is judged on his/her ability to correctly perform (or describe, where allowed) all of the required steps for each procedure.
Recertification is necessary every five years and requires successful completion of both the written and performance examinations.
